WEB Still Wakes the Deep is a psychological horror video game played from a first-person perspective. The game is set in December 1975 on an oil rig named Beira D off the coast of Scotland. The player takes on the role of an engineer who must navigate the collapsing rig and save his crew from an otherworldly threat.
The game skips the usual slog of tutorial-like character introductions and throws the player directly into the heart of the story. Disaster strikes the Beira D oil rig, and the player must fight for survival against an unknown horror that lurks in the depths.
